About The Position

Wendell Foster is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Outpatient Services to join our team of #DifferenceMakers! This leadership role is responsible for the overall operation, coordination, and growth of all Outpatient Services programs, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and person-centered care for individuals with disabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Therapy Services, Social Work, or a related human services field required
  • Minimum of three (3) years of administrative/supervisory experience, preferably in rehabilitation or outpatient services
  • Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations and service delivery systems
  • Ability to represent the organization professionally in the community

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership and oversight for all Outpatient Services programs, including Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy, and Assistive Technology
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations
  • Oversees staff supervision, program performance, and service delivery outcomes
  • Ensures the safety, health, and well-being of all individuals receiving services
  • Oversees documentation, billing practices, and regulatory compliance standards
  • Collaborates with therapy directors to meet productivity goals and operational benchmarks
  • Develops and manages the annual operating budget in collaboration with executive leadership
  • Leads quality improvement initiatives, including Quality Improvement, Utilization Review, and Infection Control committees
  • Builds and maintains relationships with community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders
  • Supports program growth through payer contracting, credentialing, and grant collaboration
  • Represents Outpatient Services on the Administrative Council and contributes to organizational strategy
