Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive retail strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on growth, innovation, and customer experience across national retail chains.
  • Own executive-level relationships with top national retailers (e.g., Walmart, Target, Costco, Best Buy, etc.), ensuring strong collaboration, joint business planning, and long-term partnership success.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of account directors and managers. Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and excellence.
  • Drive top-line growth through effective negotiation, promotional planning, assortment optimization, and execution of retail programs.
  • Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution of retail initiatives.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, performance tracking, and retail analytics to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of retail trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and maintain a leadership position in the market.
