The Role The Vice President, Legal is a direct report of the CEO and member of the Executive Leadership Team responsible for providing strategic, businessâforward legal guidance in a fastâgrowing, publicly traded medical device company. This role leads dayâtoâday legal operations, oversees corporate compliance, manages contract strategy and execution, and partners closely with outside counsel on complex matters including securities, governance, and corporate transactions. This is a highâimpact, handsâon leadership role for an attorney who thrives in dynamic environments and is energized by building and improving legal infrastructure. The VP, Legal will serve as the companyâs most senior inâhouse legal authority, empowered to make decisions, drive outcomes, and shape a modern, businessâaligned legal function during a pivotal stage of growth. The VP, Legal will also lead and develop the Corporate Healthcare Attorney, ensuring the legal team operates with speed, clarity, and confidence.
