About The Position

This is a management-level position responsible for overseeing the operations of the organization’s infrastructure security solutions. This position is accountable for the development and maintenance of the network infrastructure and information security. As a secondary role, design, support, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure to ensure critical operations are available across the organization. The Vice President of IT & Analytics is a senior executive responsible for enterprise technology strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, application development, systems integration, and analytics. This role leads the modernization, integration, and scaling of technology platforms to support a growing, multi-entity organization.This leader ensures technology is secure, resilient, and operationally efficient while driving automation, integration, and data visibility across the enterprise. The VP partners closely with Executive Leadership to lead organizational change, integrate acquisitions, and align technology capabilities with long-term business strategy. Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, cloud architecture, and endpoint management
  • Proven experience leading technology integration during acquisitions or multi-entity consolidation
  • Experience overseeing application development teams and proprietary platforms
  • Experience managing enterprise IT budgets and vendor relationships
  • Strong background in enterprise systems integration and process automation
  • Demonstrated success leading analytics or business intelligence functions
  • Exceptional executive communication and change leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the internal Development team responsible for proprietary, custom-built business systems
  • Own the roadmap, scalability, and lifecycle management of in-house applications
  • Ensure development standards, documentation practices, release governance, and security controls are established and maintained
  • Align custom system enhancements with operational efficiency and revenue enablement goals
  • Ensure secure architecture, access controls (RBAC/PoLP), and data integrity across proprietary platforms
  • Define and execute the enterprise IT roadmap aligned to business growth and operational scalability
  • Lead organizational change initiatives involving technology integrations, workflow redesign, and process automation
  • Drive integration strategy during acquisitions, consolidations, and business unit expansions
  • Standardize systems, policies, and processes across newly integrated entities
  • Identify and eliminate redundant systems through consolidation and modernization
  • Optimize technology architecture to support long-term scale and multi-entity operations
  • Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across HR, Finance, Operations, and Legal
  • Partner with business development and client services to deliver best-in-class technology and analytics solutions
  • Oversee network, server, cloud, and endpoint operations across all locations
  • Ensure high availability, resilience, disaster recovery readiness, and performance optimization
  • Lead IT service management, help desk operations, and device lifecycle governance
  • Establish measurable SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance metrics
  • Drive automation in onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning workflows
  • Own enterprise security strategy, including identity governance, endpoint protection, monitoring, and response
  • Implement and enforce Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Lead responses to client security audits, vendor risk assessments, and compliance initiatives
  • Develop policies and controls aligned with regulatory and client security requirements
  • Partner with Legal and HR on risk mitigation, governance, and enforcement
  • Oversee the Director of Data Services and the team responsible for enterprise data pipelines and integration architecture
  • Ensure reliable data movement between SaaS platforms, proprietary systems, and analytics environments
  • Establish scalable data warehousing and reporting infrastructure
  • Maintain strong data governance, integrity, quality controls, and documentation standards
  • Design integration frameworks that reduce manual intervention and increase automation
  • Lead the Analytics function as a strategic business capability, not simply reporting
  • Define and execute Channel Partner’s data and analytics strategy, aligning data science, data engineering, governance, and analytics capabilities with business objectives
  • Establish and maintain a modern enterprise data platform that enables advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI/ML applications across the company
  • Oversee the Director of Analytics and enterprise BI initiatives
  • Develop executive dashboards and KPI frameworks aligned with company objectives
  • Enable real-time visibility into operational, financial, and performance metrics
  • Champion data democratization, empowering teams with self-service analytics, trusted data assets, and literacy programs across leadership teams
  • Identify opportunities to leverage predictive analytics and trend analysis to inform decision-making
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and scalability for enterprise analytics and AI consumption as the organization grows and integrates acquisitions
  • Manage enterprise IT budget, forecasting, and cost optimization strategies
  • Lead vendor negotiations, licensing optimization, and contract governance
  • Evaluate build vs. buy decisions for systems and platforms
  • Align technology investments with ROI and strategic growth initiatives
  • Provide executive leadership across Infrastructure, Development, Data Services, and Analytics
  • Develop scalable organizational structures to support growth and acquisitions
  • Build accountability, documentation culture, and operational excellence
  • Mentor directors and senior leaders to ensure succession planning and depth
