About The Position

The Vice President of Integrations in the construction industry is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, and execution of integration initiatives across multiple systems and platforms within the organization. This role ensures seamless interoperability between construction management software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and other critical technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy. The VP of Integrations collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including Accounting, Operations, Human Resources, IT, etc. to align integration strategies with business objectives. Ultimately, this position plays a pivotal role in enabling the company to leverage technology for competitive advantage and improved project delivery outcomes nationwide.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in leadership roles with a focus on systems integration, preferably within the construction or related industries.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale integration projects involving ERP and construction management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Experience with construction-specific software platforms such as Vista Viewpoint.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Certifications related to project management (PMP, PMI-ACP).
• Experience working in a multi-state or national construction company with complex operational structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive integration strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals and technology roadmap.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to identify integration requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery of integration projects.
• Monitor integration performance metrics and continuously optimize processes to improve system reliability, data integrity, and user experience.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative integration approaches that enhance operational capabilities.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for integration projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and compliance standards.
