And you’ll get to practice your passion in a non-profit, mission-driven organization that’s known for the highest level of care in our communities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute a comprehensive Information Services strategy that aligns with broader Information Technology initiatives and with the organization’s strategic goals and healthcare delivery needs. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Information Services department, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security of all clinical and administrative information systems. Establish performance metrics and service-level agreements to ensure optimal support for associates across the organization. Manage the Information Services budget and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effective use of technology investments while meeting organizational needs. Work closely with clinical, administrative, and operational leaders to understand their technology needs and pain points. Prioritize and implement solutions that improve patient care delivery, streamline operations, and enhance overall associate satisfaction. Promotes the image and reputation of the System by exhibiting servant leadership and providing direct and open lines of communication. Contributes to the work of committees, workgroups, project management, and other collaborative efforts of the System. Performs other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the System.
