Requirements

You have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CHAE, or MBA preferred)
You bring 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within hospitality
You have deep expertise in GAAP, USALI, and multi-entity, multi-property accounting structures
You have a strong track record of leading and developing high-performing accounting teams
You have hands-on experience with hotel accounting systems (M3, ProfitSword, or similar)
You’ve successfully led financial close, audits, and tax processes across complex organizations

Responsibilities

Leading and scaling hotel accounting operations across a multi-property, multi-brand portfolio
