About The Position

We are hiring a Vice President of Growth to own revenue growth end to end. This is a hands on leadership role. You will build and run our go to market engine across sales, partnerships, and growth marketing. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to turn a strong product and happy customers into a repeatable growth machine. This role is about execution. Testing. Learning fast. Scaling what works.

Requirements

  • 3 to 7 years in growth, sales, or revenue leadership
  • Early stage startup experience required
  • You have built and scaled a GTM engine before
  • Comfortable being in the weeds and at the whiteboard
  • Strong operator mindset. You care about metrics and outcomes
  • Clear communicator with founders, reps, and partners
  • NYC based AND willing to be in office regularly

Responsibilities

  • Revenue growth across SMB payroll, contractors, and EOR
  • Sales strategy across inbound, outbound, and partnerships
  • Building and leading SDRs, AEs, and growth operators
  • Pricing, packaging, and positioning
  • Pipeline health, conversion rates, and payback periods
  • Partner channels including CPAs, founders, and operators
  • Growth experiments from messaging to channels to offers
  • Forecasting and board level reporting
