The Vice President of Franchise Development owns franchise growth at the enterprise level. This role is accountable for building and scaling a high-performance franchise sales engine that delivers predictable, repeatable growth . The VP owns strategy and execution across the full franchise lifecycle and is directly responsible for achieving 3–4 new franchise awards per month , scaling to 5–10 per month as the system expands. This is a hands-on executive role with full revenue accountability.
