We are seeking an experienced and innovative Vice President of Food and Beverage to lead our dynamic team and oversee all Food and Beverage and Culinary operations. The VP of F&B is responsible for overseeing the entire food and beverage operation, which encompasses banquets, culinary and restaurant outlets; establishing and maintaining quality product and service levels while maximizing profits; forecasting and budgeting; selecting, training and developing F&B leaders. This position will also attend meetings, conduct performance appraisals, and implement and maintain incentive programs. Other oversight will include maintaining inventory control, menu development, community PR for hotels, monitoring budget and overall team satisfaction.
