About The Position

The Vice President of eCommerce is responsible for owning and scaling the digital commerce business for 10X Health. This role leads the strategy, performance, and evolution of the company’s digital storefront, marketplace channels, and subscription commerce programs to drive sustainable revenue growth. As a key revenue leader within the organization, the VP of eCommerce is accountable for the core metrics that influence digital performance, including conversion rate, revenue per visitor, average order value, subscription growth, and overall digital revenue contribution. This role evaluates the end-to-end digital customer experience and identifies opportunities to improve how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase products across the company’s digital ecosystem. The Vice President partners closely with marketing, product, technology, and analytics leadership to continuously improve the digital customer journey and unlock new opportunities for growth. This role also plays a critical part in shaping the future of the digital commerce function by establishing scalable processes, building a high performing team, and ensuring that the digital experience reflects the standards and ambitions of the 10X Health brand.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of eCommerce leadership experience with at least 5+ years owning a P&L
  • Deep expertise in Shopify Plus and digital storefront optimization
  • Amazon marketplace experience including PPC, listings, and performance management
  • Comfortable using GA4, Shopify analytics, and business intelligence tools
  • Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods

  • Proven success scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) revenue for health, wellness, supplement, or CPG brands preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own Shopify storefront revenue, conversion rate, revenue per visitor, and average order value
  • Architect and optimize the digital customer journey from first visit through purchase
  • Lead rigorous A/B testing programs across landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and funnel experiences
  • Partner with paid media leadership to optimize traffic-to-revenue conversion across campaigns and landing experiences
  • Own digital merchandising strategy including bundles, cross-sells, upsells, and product collections
  • Optimize how product bundles, protocols, and subscription offers are presented online
  • Develop promotional and merchandising strategies that increase revenue per visitor and average order value
  • Own online subscription conversion, renewal rates, and subscriber lifetime value
  • Optimize subscription enrollment flows and retention experiences
  • Partner with lifecycle marketing to align on-site messaging with retention and engagement campaigns
  • Oversee Amazon marketplace performance including agency relationships, advertising strategy, and listing optimization
  • Own the Amazon P&L including PPC spend, ROAS, and category rankings
  • Implement brand defense strategies for branded search and competitive positioning
  • Evaluate expansion opportunities to additional digital marketplaces
  • Own the Shopify Plus technology stack and eCommerce roadmap
  • Manage integrations, applications, and infrastructure powering the digital storefront
  • Build or oversee the development of dashboards connecting site performance to revenue outcomes
  • Establish attribution frameworks connecting marketing channels to revenue performance
