The VP of Customer Success will drive strategic client leadership and growth. Responsibilities include: Establish, lead, and grow relationships with top biopharma/healthcare clients Drive retention, satisfaction, and expansion Build and scale our Customer Success function (e.g., processes, KPIs, and playbooks) and team Partner closely with Operations team to ensure delivery Serve as a key member of the leadership team shaping company growth This is a full-time role, based in the US. New York or Boston are preferred, but other locations and/or hybrid models are also considered.
