Vice President of Ambulatory Surgery Center Operations

Seeking an experienced executive to lead operations for a growing network of ambulatory surgery centers across multiple states, driving excellence in clinical care, safety protocols, compliance standards, financial results, and partnerships with physicians. This leadership role guides daily facility management, advances quality programs and accreditation efforts, spearheads expansion through new builds and acquisitions, and bridges communication between senior teams, boards, providers, and oversight bodies. Requirements
- Dynamic leader with 10+ years advancing ASC operations
- Expertise managing multi-site portfolios, launching new centers, integrating acquisitions, and navigating surveys/recoveries
- In-depth knowledge of accreditation bodies (AAAHC, Joint Commission, etc.), CMS rules, state regulations, and facility standards (OSHA, NFPA)
- Strong skills in strategic planning, physician engagement, financial modeling, revenue optimization, and team development
- Comfortable with frequent travel, site assessments, etc
