About The Position

Visa is seeking an exceptional leader to drive the growth and evolution of its North America Risk & Security Intelligence Solutions (RAS) business, a cornerstone of its Value Added Services portfolio. The RAS team builds Visa’s next-generation, value-added risk, fraud, and identity platforms, spanning issuers, acquirers, merchants, and partners, utilizing advanced analytics, AI, and ecosystem integrations to protect transactions and improve trust across the payments ecosystem. The successful candidate will possess deep industry expertise to impact business directly and leverage knowledge of the evolving risk and security ecosystem in C-suite conversations. The role also involves building a highly specialized sales team, architecting sales operations from quota design to compensation structures, and fostering a culture of coaching, development, and accountability.
