Visa is seeking an exceptional leader to drive the growth and evolution of its North America Risk & Security Intelligence Solutions (RAS) business, a cornerstone of its Value Added Services portfolio. The RAS team builds Visa’s next-generation, value-added risk, fraud, and identity platforms, spanning issuers, acquirers, merchants, and partners, utilizing advanced analytics, AI, and ecosystem integrations to protect transactions and improve trust across the payments ecosystem. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a deeply technical, strategic sales organization at the intersection of payments innovation and enterprise relationship management. As VP of North America RAS Sales, the individual will manage a significant portfolio of strategic accounts, driving revenue growth across solutions including Visa’s fraud & detection scoring, cybersecurity, risk assessment, and advanced analytics & intelligence models. This position is not merely a sales leadership role but a platform to shape the risk ecosystem for North America, working at the strategic apex of Visa’s client relationships. The successful candidate will possess deep industry expertise to impact business directly and leverage knowledge of the evolving risk and security ecosystem in C-suite conversations. The role also involves building a highly specialized sales team, architecting sales operations from quota design to compensation structures, and fostering a culture of coaching, development, and accountability.
