We are seeking an accomplished and inspiring Vice President of Network Sales & Provider Account Management to accelerate our national provider network growth and strengthen long‑term relationships with our physician partners. As a key member of our leadership team, you will own the full provider lifecycle—from recruitment and contracting to engagement, retention, and performance optimization. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and serve as a primary executive liaison to our affiliated and contracted physicians.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MPH) preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience in provider network development, provider relations, or value‑based care.
  • Experience recruiting and managing physician or provider networks.
  • Proven success leading and scaling sales or account management teams in complex healthcare environments.
  • Deep understanding of ACOs, value-based payment models, and provider economics.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence physicians and senior leaders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in ACOs, MSOs, IPAs, or value-based enablement organizations.
  • Exposure across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial value‑based arrangements.
  • Demonstrated success building provider trust in environments experiencing rapid change.

Responsibilities

  • Drive national provider network growth for multiple value‑based contracts (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial).
  • Lead provider recruitment strategy, outreach, pipeline development, and negotiation.
  • Build and scale a high-performing provider account management organization.
  • Ensure providers receive exceptional support across clinical transformation, quality, operations, and financial performance.
  • Strengthen trust and long-term partnerships with practices and physicians.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical, analytics, and care management teams to deliver network initiatives.
