With extensive experience in sales management and a proven track record of success, this position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and leading a high-performing team of Account Executives to achieve ambitious sales targets and objectives.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth within a specific division or business unit.
  • Strong customer orientation with a track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional customer value.
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in sales management, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and managing sales teams.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate vision, strategy, and goals to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent military or practical experience.
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and managing sales teams.
  • Extensive industry knowledge and a strong network of contacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change in a dynamic and competitive market environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the Account Executives team within the assigned division, setting clear objectives and priorities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies and initiatives to penetrate new markets, acquire new clients, and maximize sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners, serving as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Lead strategic account planning efforts, identifying opportunities for growth and developing tailored solutions to meet client needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of client strategies with overall business objectives and delivery capabilities.
  • Oversee the performance of the Account Executives team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure sales targets are achieved and exceeded.
  • Set and monitor key performance metrics and KPIs to track progress towards sales objectives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute divisional sales strategies, aligning sales objectives with company goals and market trends.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis, competitive intelligence, and sales performance metrics.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with other departments, including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure alignment and support for divisional sales initiatives.
