The M&A Vice President plays a central role in the execution of buy‑side and sell‑side transactions for middle‑market clients, typically ranging from $25M–$500M in enterprise value. This position combines financial analysis, deal process management, and direct client interaction. The Vice President drives transactions from initial pitch through closing. On the sell-side, Kroll works with family and founder owned businesses, private equity backed companies and subsidiaries of larger corporations to advise them through the sale process. On the buy-side, we guide clients through acquisitions and investments by helping them to structure and negotiate transactions.
