About the Role The Vice President of Marketing – Beauty will serve as the visionary architect behind Gap Inc.’s Beauty marketing strategy, shaping the future of the category across all portfolio brands—Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic, and Athleta. This leader will define and execute an integrated, full-funnel marketing ecosystem that seamlessly connects brand storytelling with performance-driven campaigns. Charged with accelerating brand equity and market share, they will spearhead the development of Gap Inc.’s private-label beauty brands, ignite customer engagement through innovative experiences, and deliver measurable growth through data-informed creativity and strategic rigor. This role requires a visionary marketing executive who can bridge brand strategy with performance marketing, ensuring that Beauty is positioned as a key lifestyle and growth pillar across the Gap Inc. portfolio. Salary Range: $300,000 - $340,000 USD Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
