About The Position
EXL Health is seeking a dynamic Vice President, Life Sciences Industry Solutions & Innovation to lead the design and development of next-generation solutions that transform how Life Sciences organizations discover, develop, manufacture, and commercialize therapies. This highly strategic, client-facing role will focus on creating and commercializing differentiated solutions that help our biopharma, biotech, and medtech clients solve their most complex business challenges. As a Life Sciences industry strategist and innovation leader, you will serve as the business architect for new offerings—integrating EXL’s capabilities across data, digital, analytics, and operations to deliver scalable solutions spanning R&D optimization, digital supply chain, commercial transformation, and patient engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, internal delivery teams, and technology partners to create market-ready solutions that deliver measurable business value.
