The Vice President (VP) of Learning & Development (L&D) role at Portage Point represents a unique opportunity to assume a wide range of responsibilities and make a significant impact. This VP, L&D is a key member of the Human Resource (HR) function and plays a critical role in shaping and executing firmwide L&D strategy. The VP, L&D will report directly to the Head of HR and lead the design and implementation of programs that enhance team member skills, professional growth and organizational capability.
