Structured Product Groups (SPG) provides asset backed lending, capital markets, financing, secondary trading liquidity and sales, distribution to institutional clients. About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Securities Product Owner - Vice President to join our Product team. This role will focus on Structured Products Group (SPG) products and workflows. In this role, you will: Define and own the SPG product vision and roadmap, aligning with Wells Fargo’s growth objectives. Facilitate frequent collaboration between Lines of Businesses, Product, Technology, COO, Control, Compliance and other partner teams throughout the product lifecycle. Influence executive stakeholders and governance forums to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources. Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimization. Drive enhancements in trading capabilities, electronic execution, and risk management tools. Ensure compliance with OCC, FRB, NFA, and Wells Fargo’s risk frameworks. Champion robust controls and governance across product development processes. Work within an Agile Product Development framework (e.g. Scrum, etc.), workflow and collaboration tools, such as Confluence & Jira to document and deliver business requirements and acceptance criteria. Mentor and develop junior product managers; foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
