Impact You’ll Make: Stout is looking for an experienced Vice President to join its Investment Banking team. This role will lead the day-to-day execution of middle-market transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), and special situations. The Vice President will be instrumental in advancing the firm’s M&A and Capital Markets advisory work, gaining deep transaction experience while partnering with senior bankers and playing a key role in client coverage, business development, and deal execution.
