Summary The ICBA ThinkTECH Accelerator program continues the successful collaboration between promising fintechs and community bank leaders to drive innovation in support of ICBA’s mission to create and promote an environment where community banks flourish. The Vice President, Innovation Programs will work directly in support of the organization’s innovation initiatives. This role will lead the portfolio management activities for ICBA ThinkTECH Accelerator companies as well as program development in supporting the ICBA’s overall innovation strategy. This role will work with the portfolio of companies in the ICBA ThinkTECH Accelerator program to ensure maximum success in working with the ICBA and its members.
