Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years related experience required.
  • Understands accepted insurance practices and principles.
  • Has general knowledge of computer operating and network systems as well as technological knowledge to facilitate decisions regarding branch.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in program management, underwriting, or risk leadership.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A passion for innovation, mentorship, and driving meaningful change.

  • Strategic Program Leadership
  • Lead a diverse portfolio of programs that drive enterprise value and innovation.
  • Inspire and empower a team of program managers to deliver excellence on time and on budget.
  • Translate vision into action by aligning program outcomes with business strategy.
  • Underwriting & Risk Strategy
  • Apply deep underwriting acumen to evaluate risk, optimize profitability, and ensure compliance.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on risk management frameworks and decision-making.
  • Operational Excellence & Innovation
  • Champion the use of technology and data to streamline operations and enhance program performance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Talent Development & Leadership
  • Cultivate a high-performing, future-ready team through mentorship, coaching, and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Executive & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between program teams and executive leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Represent Gallagher at key industry events and thought leadership forums.
  • Financial Stewardship
  • Oversee program budgets with a focus on financial discipline and ROI.
  • Track and report on KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and financial benchmarks.
