The Vice President, Information Technology/CIO provides executive leadership and strategic direction for all information technology functions across IIBA. The role is responsible for architecting, managing and aligning the technology strategy and stack with organizational needs, supporting information products, members, partners and chapters, and ensuring the secure, efficient, and scalable delivery of IT services. The technology team is currently comprised of 8 staff, including 2 Senior Managers overseeing applications and infrastructure. IIBA has a full-time staff of approximately 50 in 7 countries, and supports 500 partners, 1,500 volunteers and 110 chapters in 40 countries. The Vice President, Information Technology/CIO will partner closely with leaders and business stakeholders to plan, implement, and govern short- and long-term technology initiatives that support operational excellence and strategic growth. The role oversees IT strategy, IT governance, IT operations, resource allocation, licensing and vendor management, compliance, and IT security. The Vice President, Information Technology/CIO will function as IIBA’s Chief Information Security Officer for internal, external, and Board accountabilities.
