About The Position

Under the direction of the Chief Experience Officer, the VP of Human Resources is responsible for the planning, execution and administration of the Human Resources department including: recruitment, staffing, employment law, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, succession planning, employee health and wellness, HRIS, reward & recognition programs, and labor relations for Inspira Health. Develops and optimizes constructive and cooperative working relationships with key stakeholders. Facilitates and provides guidance to management teams on HR matters, directs staff on HR functions including interpreting and implementing policies and procedures according to federal and state laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in related field required.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years in leadership role with progressive responsibility.
  • Previous experience 5-10 years in overseeing all major functions of HR in a complex setting.
  • Labor relations experience including contract negotiations, dispute resolution and administering collective bargaining agreements is required.
