Position Summary... This position is responsible for creating and executing the Consumables and Health & Wellness sourcing strategy by deepening penetration for all Walmart markets, ensuring supply and Country of Origin diversification. This role will be accountable for driving initiatives and special projects across all markets for Consumables and Health & Wellness sourcing. What you'll do... Key Priorities Business Strategy: Identifies key levers to drive financial results that support strategic organizational initiatives. Defines tactics and resources to execute customer focused strategies, develop and monitor measurement tools and ensure implementation and financial results. Deepen Markets Penetration: Work with Merchandising partners to develop and execute sourcing strategy for all markets. Provide services including joint buying, direct import, data analytics, omnichannel and B2B sourcing. Support surety of supply and CoO diversification. Operational Excellence: Focuses on continued simplification of the business model, driving cost, while developing new offerings within the portfolio and continuing to diversify and grow the business to meet or exceed revenue targets. Innovation will be critical to driving revenue growth and profitability across the portfolio Culture: Models the Walmart culture and promotes a high standard of ethics integrity and compliance. Sets clear performance expectations while providing a framework for accountability and development. Identifies strategies to close succession gaps. High focus on associate development.
