Geotab is seeking a Vice President, Growth who will be responsible for the strategic architecture and operational health of the company’s global revenue engine. As the Vice President, Growth, your key area of responsibility will be maintaining a high-velocity, predictable growth model that meets monthly revenue targets through a balanced mix of direct acquisition and global reseller channel enablement. You will serve as the bridge between marketing investment and measurable P&L impact. You will fuel the engine that drives Geotab growth!

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience with Growth Marketing in a SaaS company.
  • 8+ years of leadership experience.
  • North American SaaS/IoT Pedigree: Extensive experience scaling B2B SaaS or telematics organizations in the North American market, with a deep understanding of hardware-enabled software models.
  • Analytical Mastery of Partner Economics: Expert-level proficiency in SaaS metrics (MRR, NDR, LTV:CAC) and the ability to link marketing activity directly to fleet expansion and hardware activation outcomes.
  • Strategic Global Vision: Demonstrated ability to manage growth at scale across diverse geographies (NA, EMEA, LATAM, APAC), navigating the complexities of international market entry and localized demand gen.
  • Operational Rigor: A background in high-velocity testing environments where monthly revenue targets necessitate a proactive, agile approach to strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the Global Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy by defining the growth roadmap and ensuring acquisition loops are localized for global fleet markets while maintaining centralized efficiency and Geotab’s brand standards.
  • Optimize Full-Funnel Unit Economics (LTV/CAC) by monitoring global marketing spend and focusing on the efficiency of customer acquisition across both direct and indirect channels, specifically accounting for hardware-to-subscription conversion cycles.
  • Orchestrate Performance and Demand Generation to drive Opportunity Pipeline through the centralized management of paid, organic, and lifecycle channels to ensure a steady flow of high-intent pipeline for both direct sales and Geotab’s global reseller network.
  • Evolve Growth Strategies to meet customers where they are. Drive new horizons of growth, adopt new tools & strategies to continue to drive awareness of Geotab’s products & services in an increasingly LLM-first world.
  • Support Reseller Channel Enablement and Co-Marketing in collaboration with Sales and Partnerships to build a "Marketing-as-a-Service" framework that provides partners with the infrastructure, leads, and assets required to scale indirect revenue.
  • Own Growth Infrastructure and Data Attribution by directing the tech stack strategy to ensure data integrity, multi-touch attribution, and real-time reporting of monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and net-new hardware activations.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment with Product and Marketplace by partnering with Engineering to integrate growth-focused features into the user experience and leveraging the Geotab Marketplace to drive ecosystem expansion and customer retention.
  • Provide Organizational Leadership and Mentorship to a high-performance growth team, establishing standardized KPIs, testing methodologies, and operational cadences to ensure a culture of rigorous, data-driven execution.
  • Manage Revenue Forecasting and Strategic Reporting for the executive leadership team, providing transparent, data-backed forecasts of monthly growth trajectories while identifying risks and opportunities in the global telematics pipeline.
  • Oversee the activities, development and performance of team / direct reports.
  • Support Geotab global strategic initiatives.
