Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred Minimum of 15 years' experience in global supply chain or operations roles, including at least 3+ years in executive leadership Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across senior leadership Strong familiarity with SEED (Supply Chain End-to-End Design) or similar frameworks Proven experience in developing and executing enterprise-level supply chain strategies in a large, matrixed organization Demonstrated success leading strategic planning, post-acquisition integration, and global transformation initiatives Deep understanding of supply chain design principles, footprint optimization, and cross-border distribution models Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing, globally distributed teams Strong executive presence and ability to partner with senior leadership, IT, and external vendors Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated healthcare sector Familiarity with advanced planning systems, digital supply chain tools, and enterprise transformation frameworks Experience navigating and aligning supply chain strategy with ESG, sustainability, and regulatory requirements
