Role Summary The Vice President, Global New Product Innovation serves as the enterprise-wide leader responsible for shaping, advancing, and operationalizing the organization’s long term innovation strategy. Focus is the US market across all classes of trade. This executive identifies, incubates, and scales both sustainable and transformational product opportunities that strengthen the portfolio, accelerate growth, and build sustainable competitive advantage. In partnership with regional leaders, R&D, consumer insights, supply chain, and commercial teams, the VP oversees the end-to-end innovation lifecycle—from white space identification and concept creation to commercialization, and transfer to global teams. This role ensures the portfolio remains future focused, consumer‑centric, and aligned with the company’s strategic, financial, and brand objectives across all price tiers and categories. Work Model: This a hybrid role, requiring in-person attendance at our Ewing, NJ office.
