We are seeking an exceptionally dynamic and visionary Vice President, Global IT & Infrastructure to lead our global IT, infrastructure operations, and service delivery teams. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role that requires a blend of deep technical acumen, transformative strategic planning, and outstanding executive presence. The ideal candidate will be a proven IT leader comfortable operating at the forefront of the organization, driving critical change, and rebuilding IT capabilities to accelerate business growth and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director or VP level) running entire IT teams and managing budgets end-to-end.
  • Industry Agnostic: Proven success leading IT organizations within a corporate environment, regardless of specific industry.
  • Transformation Leader: Demonstrable track record of successfully leading major IT transformation initiatives, including system modernization, cloud migration, and/or organizational restructuring. Experience "shaking things up" and rebuilding functions is essential.
  • Executive Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a commanding executive presence and the ability to confidently influence and negotiate with senior leaders.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of modern enterprise architecture and IT service management (ITIL), working with Google Workplace, etc.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; a Master’s degree or relevant advanced certifications (e.g., MBA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive IT Transformation: Define, champion, and execute a multi-year IT strategy that modernizes our technology stack, streamlines operations, and positions IT as a true strategic enabler of the business.
  • Change Champion: Lead the charge challenging the status quo and implementing new models for service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Strategic Alignment: Partner closely with the executive team and business unit leaders to ensure technology investments and initiatives are directly aligned with core business objectives and growth strategies.
  • Governance & Roadmaps: Establish and enforce robust IT governance, prioritization frameworks, and technology roadmaps.
  • Front-Line Leadership: Serve as the chief advocate and face of IT, regularly presenting technology strategy, performance, and investment needs to the C-suite and Board of Directors. This is a highly visible, not a behind-the-scenes role.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong, collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization, translating complex technical concepts into clear business terms for non-technical leaders.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Manage strategic relationships with key technology vendors, driving negotiations and ensuring partners are delivering maximum value.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all core IT functions, including infrastructure, network, enterprise applications, and end-user services, ensuring 24/7 reliability and performance.
  • Budget Management: Manage the IT budget (both OPEX and CAPEX) effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximizing the ROI of technology investments.
