About The Position

Job Title: Vice President, Finance The Role This role provides an opportunity to learn, grow and build your career with Fidelity Finance. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus 15+ years of proven experience with a track record in financial modeling and analysis Intellectual curiosity, flexibility, and willingness to learn new skills Clear communication: Strong verbal and written communication—able to translate complex financial data into concise narratives. Relationship building: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish trust with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Outstanding critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills Demonstrates initiative and a great teammate Variable compensation analytics Partnering across Fidelity to evaluate enterprise relationships Provide sales leadership insights based on pipeline, RFP, and activity analytics Demonstrate in-depth understanding of financial results, including key drivers, emerging trends, and anomalies to share with senior management to guide effective decision making Use tools and business knowledge to continuously provide informative information, reporting and analytics that evolve with changes in the business, including proactive thinking and analysis Develop sales projections for new products and markets Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position The Team The FI Distribution Finance Team collaborates with a variety of partners including senior management, finance, Human Resources and the strategy team to drive initiatives across Fidelity Institutional. This role will focus on providing financial support and analysis for both the Intermediary and Institutional distribution organizations. The base salary range for this position is $130,000-$264,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation. Requirements
