About The Position

This role provides an opportunity to learn, grow and build your career with Fidelity Finance. As part of the Fidelity Institutional Finance Team, you will work with a diverse team using the latest tools and technology to develop and improve your finance skills. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus
• 15+ years of proven experience with a track record in financial modeling and analysis
• Intellectual curiosity, flexibility, and willingness to learn new skills
• Clear communication: Strong verbal and written communication—able to translate complex financial data into concise narratives.
• Relationship building: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish trust with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Outstanding critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
• Demonstrates initiative and a great teammate

Responsibilities

• Variable compensation analytics
• Partnering across Fidelity to evaluate enterprise relationships
• Provide sales leadership insights based on pipeline, RFP, and activity analytics
• Demonstrate in-depth understanding of financial results, including key drivers, emerging trends, and anomalies to share with senior management to guide effective decision making
• Use tools and business knowledge to continuously provide informative information, reporting and analytics that evolve with changes in the business, including proactive thinking and analysis
• Develop sales projections for new products and markets
