About The Position

The Vice President of Finance will serve as a key strategic partner to the Chief Financial Officer and executive leadership team and be responsible for leading the organization’s financial strategy during a period of significant growth. This executive will provide strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of the finance function, including financial reporting, accounting, audits, cost management, treasury, compliance, and risk management. This role requires a balance of strategic foresight and hands-on execution to support a dynamic, multi-site manufacturing environment. Strategic Financial Leadership Develop and execute financial strategies that support revenue growth, margin expansion, and cash flow optimization. Partner with executive leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Provide financial insight and strategic guidance to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Financial Operations & Reporting Oversee all accounting, finance, and reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, transparency, GAAP and regulatory compliance. Oversee treasury functions, including liquidity management, working capital optimization, and internal controls to support a growing organization. Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and transparency. Operational Partnership Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on financial performance, cost optimization, and scalability. Collaborate with operational leaders to align financial goals with business execution. Team Leadership & Development Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team. Implement scalable financial systems, processes, and controls to support continued growth. Champion continuous improvement, digitalization, and process optimization in finance operations. Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance role in a manufacturing or industrial environment required.
  • Experience partnering closely with executive leadership and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools
  • Strong background in financial planning, modeling, forecasting, and operational finance.
