Our Advisor client pricing and advisor concession programs reinforce our business strategy and drives appropriate Advisor behavior, our team owns the end to end strategy on the advisor and client pricing experience. The work our team does impacts the day to day life of advisors: the design of the technology they use, how they speak with clients, and what pricing frameworks they can apply to client relationships. Our team works broadly across the firm with several teams in order to build the end-to-end pricing experience for our end users: clients and advisors. As a Vice President within the Field Performance and Incentives team, you will directly support end-to-end design and oversight of our client pricing strategy. This high exposure/visibility opportunity on a growing team that will play an important role in the design, delivery, execution, and analysis of our pricing strategy and has a meaningful contribution to several top strategic objectives and the largest revenue line item of the US Wealth Management Business. Drive the strategic design and development of the end to end advisor and client pricing and fee experience in partnership with business leaders and key partners.
