About The Position

We’re scaling the next chapter of our Equities Electronic Trading franchise for Institutional asset managers and Clearpool Broker‑Dealer clients. You’ll be the chief storyteller and go‑to‑market architect for our product suite - owning the narrative, launches, campaigns, and sales enablement that translate complex market microstructure into clear client value. Cross‑functional leadership Lead the product positioning and communication of value proposition for the Institutional and Broker‑Dealer electronic trading product suite, including AMS. Partner with product on roadmap storytelling, packaging, and launch readiness. Run product launches across algorithmic product, sales, and client communications. Serve as connective tissue between Product, Sales, Compliance, and Client Comms. Campaigns & thought leadership Architect integrated campaigns that elevate market presence and demand. Establish editorial calendar for thought leadership. Digital experience & web Partner with Product and UI/UX to enhance client‑facing site. Expand coverage tools, deepen content, improve navigation. Sales enablement Create and maintain high‑impact enablement content. Events & industry presence Own industry conference strategy including sponsorships, panels, and pipeline capture. Prepare executives and product SMEs for panels and media.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in B2B fintech, market structure, or electronic/algorithmic trading product marketing.
  • Strong enablement expertise.
  • Digital and content acumen.
  • Fluency with modern marketing and technology stack.
  • Cross‑functional influence and executive presence.
  • Bachelors degree or higher

Nice To Haves

  • Deep familiarity with equities execution workflows.
  • Experience shaping trading‑focused thought leadership.
  • Industry event portfolio ownership.
