We all win together. We are seeking a Vice President, eCommerce & Loyalty to become an important part of our Commercial Team. This role is responsible for driving revenue performance across Wingstop’s sales channels and demand spaces. In this role, you will own first-party growth, loyalty performance, and third-party delivery —ensuring that each channel delivers profitable, incremental growth aligned to our commercial objectives. Requirements

  • Experience leading multi-channel commercial or growth functions
  • Strong understanding of digital commerce and performance marketing
  • Experience managing marketplace or delivery partnerships
  • Ability to drive revenue performance within economic guardrails
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • First-party sales growth and mix shift toward 1P
  • Loyalty enrollment, retention, and frequency performance
  • Third-party delivery performance and partner management
  • Migration strategy from 3P to 1P
  • Execution of demand spaces (All-in Stay-in and Lunch)
  • Deliver 1P growth that outpaces system growth
  • Generate disciplined and incremental 3P performance
  • Implement strong loyalty engagement and measurable frequency lift
  • Deliver clear migration from 3P to 1P over time
  • Align channel execution against demand priorities
