About The Position

We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused Vice President of Delivery & Implementations to lead all customer implementations and platform migrations at Nuqleous. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle—from post-sale handoff through go-live and hypercare—ensuring delivery is predictable, scalable, and aligned to customer outcomes. You will serve as the senior escalation point for complex enterprise implementations and partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to reduce delivery-driven risk and support renewals. This role is responsible for building a repeatable delivery operating model, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring delivery execution supports both customer value and business performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience in professional services, implementations, or delivery leadership.
  • Proven success leading large-scale enterprise SaaS implementations and complex customer environments.
  • Strong experience building delivery operating models, processes, and scalable teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage delivery P&L, margins, and utilization.
  • Executive presence with customers and internal stakeholders; comfortable navigating high-stakes escalations.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience serving CPG, retail, or data-driven enterprise customers.
  • Background in platform migrations, legacy-to-next-gen transitions, or post-acquisition integration.
  • Familiarity with subscription SaaS renewal dynamics and churn mitigation.
  • Experience operating in a growth-stage or transformation-oriented company.

Responsibilities

  • Own all customer implementations, migrations, and delivery engagements across Nuqleous products and solutions.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery for enterprise customers with complex data, retailer, and supplier ecosystems.
  • Serve as executive sponsor and escalation point for high-risk or high-visibility customer engagements.
  • Drive predictable delivery timelines, scope control, and outcome-based execution.
  • Design, implement, and scale a standardized delivery framework (discovery ? implementation ? go-live ? hypercare ? handoff).
  • Establish clear roles, handoffs, and accountability across Delivery, Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Implement delivery governance, status reporting, risk management, and escalation models.
  • Build capacity planning and resource forecasting aligned to sales pipeline and customer demand.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure delivery outcomes support value realization and renewals.
  • Reduce delivery-driven churn and implementation-related dissatisfaction.
  • Ensure customers experience Nuqleous as a strategic partner throughout implementation and migration phases.
  • Own delivery margin, utilization, and cost control across implementations and delivery engagements.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance on SOW scoping, pricing, and delivery feasibility.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs including on-time delivery, scope adherence, CSAT, margin, and post-go-live stability.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing delivery organization across implementations and project management.
  • Set clear expectations, career paths, and performance standards for delivery leaders and teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-first execution.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to provide structured feedback based on delivery and customer realities.
  • Collaborate with Sales on deal review, delivery readiness, and pre-sale risk assessment.
  • Support post-acquisition integration, platform consolidation, and process harmonization efforts.
