About The Position

ReSource Pro is seeking a VP, Data Services-Tech Services to lead the strategy, growth, and delivery of our Data Services practice within Technology Services. This role is responsible for defining and scaling modern data capabilities that enable clients to transform legacy environments into high-value, insight-driven ecosystems. You will set the strategic direction for data offerings, oversee delivery excellence, and drive revenue growth through strong client relationships. Working cross-functionally with technology and operations leadership, you will build and scale a high-performing team. This position is critical in positioning ReSource Pro as a trusted partner for data modernization and analytics within the insurance industry. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Services, or Technology Consulting.
  • 10+ years of client-facing leadership experience, including pre-sales and delivery oversight.
  • 7+ years of proven track record in P&L ownership and business growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale practices or service lines.
  • Strong technical background in Data Migration, ETL/iPaaS, Data Warehousing, Analytics, and Governance.
  • Deep understanding of the P&C insurance industry and core insurance systems.
  • Demonstrated executive communication skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, define, and scale the Data Services strategy and value proposition to accelerate data modernization.
  • Own full P&L responsibility for the Data Services practice, including revenue growth, profitability, and utilization.
  • Drive the evolution of offerings, including new capabilities in data platforms, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Shape long-term client data strategies by engaging with executive stakeholders and influencing enterprise transformation.
  • Act as executive sponsor for client initiatives, maintaining alignment and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Partner with the Business Development team to support complex pursuits and provide technical expertise to close strategic deals.
  • Evaluate and incubate emerging technology partnerships to support long-term platform strategy and AI-ready architectures.
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing Data Services organization while developing future practice leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders in Technology, Operations, and Revenue to drive integrated client solutions.
