The Vice President of Crisis Services provides strategic and operational leadership for the comprehensive continuum of crisis services at the new Comprehensive Behavioral Health Center, which will open in September 2026. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing Behavioral Health Urgent Care Centers (BHUC), the Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU), Crisis Receiving Center, and crisis management strategies, ensuring prompt intervention for individuals experiencing behavioral health emergencies. The VP will work collaboratively with The Centers’ senior leadership, community leaders, governmental officials, and other agencies to coordinate crisis services and ensure seamless care transitions. This position plays a critical role in executing the organization's long-term vision and strategy for crisis management programs, aligning them with organizational goals and community needs.
