About The Position

We are seeking a Vice President, Corporate Digital to join 5W’s growing Digital team with a focus specifically in the B2B, Corporate, and other regulated industry sectors. This role is responsible for defining and scaling our corporate digital offering, establishing best-in-class processes, and serving as a senior strategic leader for both clients and internal teams. The VP will play a critical role in practice building, new business growth, and capability development, helping to define how digital supports corporate reputation, executive leadership, thought leadership and integrated communications. This position will work closely with agency leadership to put a clear stake in the ground on our corporate digital POV while educating teams and clients on how to leverage digital channels effectively.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of digital experience, with agency experience in corporate, B2B, or regulated industries
  • Proven experience building or scaling digital offerings or practices
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate business challenges into clear digital solutions
  • Experience participating in or leading new business initiatives
  • Strong writer and presenter of strategic documents and pitch materials
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and grow teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the Corporate Digital practice, including core offerings, positioning, and value propositions across B2B and regulated industries
  • Establish standardized processes, frameworks, and playbooks to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across teams
  • Set the agency’s point of view on how digital supports corporate reputation, executive leadership, issues management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Partner with PR, social, influencer, and paid leaders to ensure integrated, cross-disciplinary offerings
  • Lead Corporate Digital strategy for new business pitches, including POV development, strategic approach, and presentation
  • Proactively identify and drive revenue growth opportunities, both through new clients and organic expansion of existing accounts
  • Collaborate with leadership to package, price, and evolve digital offerings in a way that supports agency growth goals
  • Help raise the agency’s profile by contributing to thought leadership, case studies, and market-facing materials
  • Serve as a senior strategic advisor to corporate and B2B clients, providing high-level digital counsel tied to business objectives
  • Lead development of insight-driven, results-oriented digital strategies that align with broader communications programs
  • Maintain responsibility for setting and upholding a high standard of strategic excellence and quality
  • Guide account teams through complex challenges and ensure exceptional client service
  • Educate internal teams on Corporate Digital best practices, tools, and evolving trends through training, documentation, and mentorship
  • Help upskill client teams by clearly articulating digital strategy, measurement, and long-term value
  • Act as an internal resource and subject-matter expert for Corporate Digital across the agency
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering strategic thinking and career growth
  • Support talent planning and resourcing to ensure the practice is structured for scalability and success
  • Promote a collaborative, solutions-oriented culture across disciplines
