THE ROLE The Vice President of Hospitality & Strategy – Convention Centers is a visionary leader responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and exceptional service delivery across Legends Global’s convention center portfolio of 42 properties nationwide. Reporting to the SVP of Operational Excellence – Hospitality, with a dotted line to the SVP of Convention Centers, this role provides both executive oversight and forward-thinking strategy for one of Legends’ fastest-growing divisions. The VP will leverage multi-unit leadership experience, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for innovation to elevate Legends’ reputation in the convention center space. This includes integrating emerging technologies, guest experience trends, and talent development strategies to position Legends as the partner of choice in hospitality. The role requires a dynamic leader who can inspire regional teams, deliver measurable results, and build future leaders for the organization.
