Pariveda is seeking a Vice President for our Seattle office. In this role, you will establish and deepen client relationships, drive new business development, expand strategic accounts, lead teams in service delivery, and contribute to the achievement of Pariveda’s mission and objectives. You Can Expect To: As a member of the Seattle leadership team, you will play an integral role in growing our Seattle office. You will be responsible for driving sales and delivery of technology, transformation, and business solutions, while mentoring and growing a strong team of leaders. You can expect to: Generate new client accounts and grow them over time, particularly among mid-market and larger companies across multiple industry segments in the Seattle area. Nurture and expand existing strategic accounts to achieve established revenue targets. Establish credibility and trust with C-level clients, delivering technology and business transformation solutions that meet their needs. Lead client engagements from estimation through delivery, including project management, quality assurance, and ensuring successful outcomes. Lead business development activities by driving sales efforts and managing the sales process, including cultivating client relationships, client proposal efforts and project scoping. Diagnose complex technical and business problems and work to uncover unknown and unmet client needs. Support company growth by building and maintaining a strong professional network as well as contributing to the recruitment of new employees. Mentor junior colleagues by providing career development goals, meeting regularly, writing and delivering semi-annual reviews, and advocating for their career advancement.
