Vice President, Cloud Engineering
About The Position
Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. 7-9 years of experience in software development required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. 5+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, or Software Engineer with cloud-native responsibilities. Deep expertise in Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Terraform or similar technologies. Strong programming proficiency (Python, Java, or similar). Hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Multi‑cloud experience is a strong plus. Broad familiarity with cloud fundamentals: compute, serverless, IAM, networking, Security, Containers, DNS, storage, monitoring, and logging. Working knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Terraform, Ansible). Strong communication, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting capabilities.
