We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Service - Conventional Trust Client Platform to join our Client Operations & Reporting team. This role is located in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Typically 7-12 years of experience in client service or operations within the financial services industry.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills and the ability to handle complex client interactions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to multi-task with a focus on delivering measurable results.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client service initiatives by leveraging in-depth industry knowledge and operational expertise to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and by addressing client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of client services and to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Monitor and report on client service metrics to ensure high standards of service delivery and to implement necessary improvements.
