Primary Objective: Profitably grow Kantar’s Creative business as an expert in the field and by bringing solution expertise to market, clients, and prospects. Build, manage and nurture a high-performance team that delivers well and drives new revenue with existing clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years of market research design experience, including 5+ years managing large teams
• Experience and demonstrated ability leading and coaching team members, taking an active role in their development as professionals
• Experience creating study designs for strategic research projects, serving as subject matter expert on effective research design to clients
• Can-do attitude with experience successfully managing complexity, is driven, takes initiative, demonstrates ownership and can manage challenging situations
• Strong project management experience with the ability to maintain good time management while prioritizing, delegating and delivering
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to use logical reasoning and problem-solving
• Excellent presentation skills with demonstrated success in presenting to senior level clients
• Bachelor’s degree in market research/marketing or related social science and analytic subject areas.
• Proficient in quantitative research methodologies
• Provides technical leadership for maximum client impact
• Ability to plan / architect complex solutions and bring together the right capabilities, and lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent project management skills
• Motivates/ leads individuals & teams, stewards team culture
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Confidently delivers messages and exemplifies Kantar values

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to top-tier clients, delivering strategic guidance and shaping creative solutions that drive measurable impact.
• Lead the vision for Creative Solutions, championing innovation and thought leadership across industries using Kantar insights and data.
• Oversee solution architecture for major pitches and renewals, ensuring compelling design, accurate costing, and alignment with client objectives.
• Inspire and lead a high-performing Client Service team, setting clear direction and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Mentor senior leaders and cultivate talent through structured development programs, upskilling initiatives, and career growth opportunities.
• Promote employee engagement and satisfaction by championing Kantar’s Creative Community and driving inclusion and empowerment.
• Drive integration across Kantar’s solution areas to deliver holistic, cross-functional insights and creative strategies.
• Partner with Product and Syndicated teams to influence solution development based on client needs and market trends.
• Collaborate with Sales and Strategic Client teams to identify opportunities, shape value propositions, and accelerate revenue growth.
• Set and communicate delivery and profitability strategies, ensuring efficient resource utilization and sustainable growth.
• Sponsor initiatives that streamline processes, enhance automation, and improve delivery quality.
• Ensure best practices for project execution and step in on high-complexity engagements when strategic oversight is required.
• Represent Kantar as a creative authority in industry forums, client engagements, and internal knowledge-sharing platforms.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externally to foster knowledge exchange and innovation.
