About The Position
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field required. - Advanced degree or professional certifications in finance or business administration preferred. Typically 5-8 years of experience in transaction processing or related field within financial services. 7-10 years of total work experience is preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively across groups within the organization. 5-7 years of directly related experience with syndicated loans and/or comparable commercial lending experience is required, to include knowledge of closing, trading, and loan servicing functions to support complex syndicated loans structures. Experience with loan-based software Loan IQ and ClearPar strongly preferred. Prior experience acting as a subject matter expert and coordinating the work of others. Ability to lead, provide guidance and work under limited supervision.
