Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Typically 4-7 years of experience and 0-1 years of management experience. Experience in an operational area and/or client services is preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Supervisory experience managing a small Client Processing team. Foundation in transaction banking and product knowledge: Loans, Funds, CLOs, Cash Management, Trades, Payments Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred. Excellent customer focus, time- management and relationship management Possess excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude. Strong analytics skills and detail-oriented.
