We're looking for a Vice President of Business Development Manager who can shape, lead and deliver high‑impact business‑winning strategies that take OpenWorks’ world‑class technology into exciting growth markets. This is a unique opportunity to own the full business development lifecycle — from blank‑sheet strategy creation to winning bids, securing major contracts, and influencing how cutting‑edge counter-UAS technology is adopted by defence and security customers. You will be the driving force behind our growth, working closely with end users, partners, and internal teams to turn ideas into successful campaigns and profitable long‑term relationships.
