The U.S. Consumer Services and Membership Digital Experiences Technology (USCDT) team brings together foundational strategic technology capabilities in digital experience engineering (Mobile and Web), AI/ML, marketing technology, enterprise communications, travel and lifestyle, and automation, grounded in our data technology model that prioritizes data governance. We are seeking a Vice President, Amex Offers to lead the technology strategy, architecture, and execution for one of our most visible and impactful customer value platforms. This role requires owning outcomes, setting direction, and raising the bar for engineering excellence across the team. The successful candidate is a hands-on technical leader who leads with credibility, demonstrates sound judgment, and consistently delivers results. They will operate at scale, influence broadly, and balance innovation with disciplined execution while upholding the highest standards of trust, security, and reliability. The VP will be accountable for building and evolving large-scale, highly available, data-intensive platform that power personalized, real-time offers for millions of Card Members and Merchants globally.
